Privatization Joint Stock System:New Pattern to Develop Chinese Football Clubs

运用文献资料法、归纳法等研究方法,对目前我国职业足球俱乐部几种主要构成形式进行了梳理,在此基础上重点就私有化股份制公司的性质、特点,以及职业足球俱乐部实施私有化股份制的优势进行分析和探讨。指出私有化股份制公司无论在体制上还是在运作上都是我国职业足球俱乐部未来发展的必由之路,符合我国职业足球市场经济发展的要求。

Using literature review and inductive method,this paper sorted out some principle forms of business ownership of our professional football clubs,and based on this,it laid emphasis on the feature of privatized joint stock company and the advantage of professional football clubs to implement privatization.It was pointed out that privatized joint stock company was suitable for the development Chinese football clubs both in mechanism and operation,according with demands of the football market economy.
