对我国女足运动发展若干问题的反思

Reflections on Development of Women's Football Sports

分析了制约我国女足运动发展的诸多因素,认为我国社会发展环境与女足生存环境之间存在强烈反差,女足运动发展投入欠缺,职业认同度较低,后备人才培养不足,社会发展需求、价值取向变化影响了女足的参与度,现行体育体制、教育体制不利于女足的普及,运动员培养理念和方式较为落后,运动员再就业能力不足。指出应进一步深化体制改革,改善女足生存环境;加强社会宣传,培育女足市场;加大国家政策扶持及资金投入,发展女足"特区"带动落后地区女足发展;让女足青少年人才培养回归教育本位;建立健全女足运动员退役再就业保障制度;学习国外先进的足球理念;加大青少年女足教练员培训力度;建立完善的青少年女足竞赛制度和训练体系。

Various factors that restricted the women＇s football were analyzed,it was held that there existed sharp contrast between the social development and the environment for women＇s football,characterized by deficient investment,lower occapational recongnition,inadequate reserved talents;meanwhile,the degree to which women＇s football players got involved in social activities was affected by the demand for social development and the change in value orientation;in addition,the existing education and sports systems were detrimental to the growth of women＇s football;even worse,the ideals and means to cultivate players was backward,the reemployment ability of players was insufficient.It was suggested to further deepen reforms in system,improve the environment for women＇s football,intensify publicity,cultivate and develop women＇s football market,expand government＇s input and adopt preferential policies,develop ＂special zone＂ to bring along backward regions,render juniors education-oriented,set up and improve the social security system for the retired players,learn about the advanced ideals of foreign countries,intensify the training for coaches,set up and improve the competition and training systems for women football players.
