摘要 介绍了以1140 V交流电为动力的矿用梭车电气系统的设计。梭车电气系统包括供电系统、整车控制系统、变频调速系统、显示系统。整车采用CAN总线的通讯方式对车辆进行控制,并实时监控车辆的运行状态,显示车辆的各项运行参数。整车具有自动化程度高、性能安全可靠等优点,并且实现了零排放。 This article introduces design of electric system for the shuttle car driven by alternating current which voltage has 1 140 volts.Electric system is made up of the power supply system,control system,speed-adjustable system based on the variable frequency principle and display system.Communication is based on CAN bus,through which real-time monitoring the operational status of vehicle and dynamic displaying of operating parameters have been taken.The whole car has many outstanding characters,such as high-level automation,high reliability and zero emission.
