摘要
通过对我国煤矿2003~2008年百万吨死亡率的统计,运用灰色系统理论中GM（1,1）模型对2009~2011年我国煤矿百万吨死亡率进行预测,且通过精度检验,说明预测结果的可靠性。由此对我国煤矿事故多发原因进行分析,并提出相关措施,从而最大限度地减少事故的发生,同时为相关煤矿企业和部门提供决策参考。
Based on the statistics of death rate per million tons from 2003 to 2008 in our country′s coal mines,the paper predicts the death rate per million tons between 2009 to 2011 using GM（1.1） model,analyzes the reasons of coal mine accidents and proposes some measures.
