摘要
与国外一些发达国家企业的绩效考核相比,我国大多数企业在绩效考核方面存在一些问题。文章通过对国内外的绩效考核比较研究,找出我国企业目前主要存在不足,指出国外绩效考评对我国企业的启迪。
There are still some problems and shortcoming in most of corporations in our nation, comparing to the Performance Evaluation of the developed countries in the world. On the basis of founding the main misunderstanding in our corporations, via the comparison study of the executive PE (performance evaluation) system now between China and other country, this paper gives the conclusion that we should envisage our shortage and learn enlightenment from the advanced expericnces.
