摘要
中等职业教育学生违法犯罪已经成为社会关注的重要问题。文章从分析中等职业教育学生这一犯罪主体的心理和生理特征入手,探讨中等职业教育学生违法犯罪的影响因素,提出预防和减少中等职业教育学生违法犯罪的路径。
Students＇ violation of the laws in secondary vocational school has became an important issue attracting much attention. The paper begins with the analysis of the psychological and physical characteristic of those students, then explores the influencing factors of their violation and puts forward some methods to prevent the violations from happening.
