摘要
文章对用于太阳能电池的重要材料——染料敏化剂,及其在光电转换中所起的作用,包括对光的吸收,电子转移与电荷分离,以及从二级电子给体获得电子而恢复的过程等,进行了讨论,也对电池中存在可引起能量损失的途径加以考察,并对电池工作过程的动态学问题,做了简要的说明.此外,还对染料敏化太阳能电池DSSC与目前正进行着广泛研究的有机光生伏打电池所用材料的相似性和不同方面进行了讨论.
In this paper,dye sensitizers as an important materials used in solar cell have been discussed extensively involving the ability of light absorption;electron transfer;charge separation and the recovery process of dye from its oxidized state,etc.The reason about the energy loss of the cell is also discussed.Moreover,the dynamic studies on the working process of cell are demonstrated briefly.In addition,a comparative discussion concerned DSSC with organic photo-voltaic cell,such as their similarity and differentia,is also included.
