摘要
研究表明,随着ELC—BH钢板终轧变形量和终轧变形速度增加以及终轧温度降低,A_(r3)升高,这些规律归因于高温变形期间加工硬化和热激活软化两种因素竞争引起的微观组织结构的变化。
The study shows that Ar3 temperature of extra-low carbon and high strength bake-hardening sheet steel rises with the increase in strain and strain rate at hot rolling finishing pass and with the decrease in hot rolling finishing temperature. In fact, this effet is attributed to the microstructural changes in the sheet steel caused by the two competitive factors of work-hardening and hot-softening during hot deformation.
