摘要
分析了直径为1.2mm的490MPa氧化钛型CO_2气体保护药芯焊丝药芯粉填充的均匀性,测量了药芯率大小,对药芯粉中磁性与非磁性物质进行了分离,并测定了药芯粉所含元素和组成物相。此外,还进行了药芯焊丝的操作性能,焊缝金属力学性能试验。结果表明:氧化钛型CO_2气体保护药芯焊丝具有良好的焊接工艺性能和焊缝金属有很高的韧性。
The homogeneity of flux filling and flux core ratio on rutile type flux-cored wire for CO2 welding with diameter of 1. 2mm and yield strength of 490 MPa were investigated. Magnetic and non-magnetic materials in the flux were separated and the elements and ingredients in the flux were determined. Besides, The mechanical properties of weld metal and operational performances of the rutile type flux-cored wire were also tested. The results show that the rutile type flux-cored wire for CO2 welding has good technological performances in welding and the weld metals have high fracture toughness.
