摘要 分析高速铣削中切削力变化机理,建立高速球形铣刀的材料去除率与切削力之间以及材料去除率与进给速度之间的模型,提出在高速铣削加工过程中可通过调节进给速度控制恒定的材料去切除率从而保证切削力相对稳定。并通过实际使用验证这种方法的有效性。 The variation mechanism of the cutting force in high speed milling was analyzed. In high speed milling with spherical cutter, the mathematic model between the material removal rate and the cutting force and the mathematic model between the material removal rate and the feed rate were built. The method which insured the relative stability of the cutting force by adjusting feed rate and controlling constant material removal rate in high speed milling was presented. The experimental result proves the method is effective.
