摘要
简要介绍ADAMS及其Hydraulics模块的特点,利用ADAMS/Hydraulics模块建立液压离合器模型,同时对液压离合器的液压系统进行仿真研究。结果表明,液压离合器在液压缸的驱动下,可以完成工作过程中的主要动作,工作安全可靠,液压缸运行平稳,无较大冲击,为液压离合器液压系统的进一步研究及优化提供参考。
The characteristics of ADAMS and its hydraulics module were introduced. The ADAMS/Hydraulics module was employed to establish the model of the hydraulic clutch, and the simulation of the hydraulic system of the hydraulic clutch was made. The simulation results show that driven by hydraulic cylinder, the hydraulic clutch can execute the major actions in the working process which works safely and reliably, the hydraulic cylinder runs smoothly without big impact. It provides reference for the further study and optimization of the hydraulic system of the hydraulic clutch.
