摘要
用有限元分析和试验的方法,对TX6916落地式镗铣床进行模态分析。采用有限元分析软件ANSYS,在三维实体模型的基础上分别建立镗铣床刚性连接、结合面弹簧阻尼连接的有限元模型,对落地式镗铣床进行模态分析,将试验数据与有限元计算结果进行对比,结果表明结合面采用弹簧阻尼连接的有限元模型的分析结果与实验结果吻合较好。此外,对模态分析误差产生的主要原因进行分析,从而找到进一步优化模型的途径,为该型机床的进一步动力学研究及优化设计提供参考。
Modal analysises of floor type boring and milling machine tool TX6916 were carried out based on finite element method and experiments. The finite element models of rigid connection and combined face spring-damper connection for the boring and milling machine tool were built based on the three-dimensional solid model to carry out modal analysis. Test data were compared with the resuits of finite element analysis, it is shown that the finite element analysis results of combined face spring-damping connection are in good agreement with experimental results. The main causes of model analysis error were analyzed to further optimize the model. It provides reference for further kinetic studies and optimization of the machine tool.
