基于变精度粗糙集的生产工序质量规则提取

摘要 针对生产工序质量规则提取不全面的问题,提出一种基于变精度粗糙集模型的工序质量规则提取的新方法。该方法通过选择合适的分类正确率β,运用知识约简简化系统获取规则,并利用准确度评价规则,不仅能够提取出最佳的质量控制参数,还能得到比较全面的决策规则。实验结果表明,该模型有效弥补了经典粗糙集模型在处理噪声数据时的不足,能准确地获取决策规则,具有更广泛的适用性。 A method based on variable precision rough set (VPRS) model theory was proposed to acquire the rules of production processes quality. The approach was realized by selecting proper classificatory correct parameter β and using knowledge reduction, it could extract the optimal quality control parameters effectively, and could find all the useful rules. The experimental results show that the method effectively compensates the deficiency of classical rough set on dealing with the noise data and can obtain more comprehensive decision rules. It has more applicability in real life.
