摘要
在分析虚拟加工系统结构特点的基础上,研究虚拟加工系统的建模技术。根据简化原则,利用现有三维CAD软件,对机床中自由度不为0的部件单独建模,自由度为0的统一建模,然后导出易于分析的VRML格式的文件,并按机床结构分别规划出"几何结构链"和"运动结构链",用于在虚拟操作平台上重构加工系统和加工仿真。经实例验证,该方法切实有效,能够完成基本加工的仿真实验。
The modeling technology of virtual machining tool system was researched based on analyzing the structural characteris- tics of the system. In accordance with the principles of simplification, using 3D software, the models of the parts with degree of free were founded independently, the models of other parts were founded together. The documents of VRML format were exported for easy analysis. According to the machine tool structures , "chain of geometry structure " and "chain of movement structure" were planned to reconstruct machining system and realize machining simulation on a virtual platform. The experimental result shows the method is ef fective and the simulation experiment of basic machining can be completed.
