摘要
将基于共振解调方法的轴承故障诊断技术应用于机车车轴支撑轴承的故障检测系统中。通过对轴承振动信号和转速信号的时域实时监测和频域中的频谱分析来实现对轴承故障的诊断。能够准确判断机车车轴上轴承的状态。
The bearing failure diagnosis technology based on the resonating demodulation method was applied on the locomotive car bearing malfunction detection system. Through the real-time monitoring of the time domain of vibration signal and rotational speed signal and the spectral analysis of the frequency domain, the bearing failure diagnosis was realized. This method Can judge the condi- tion of locomotive ear bearing accurately.
