娱乐:俗化的判定及俗文化的提升介质——从早期的先秦两汉文化阶段说起

俗化的判定与俗文化的提升往往指向对立的两个方面,但两者在娱乐的视角上得到了统一。从雅正的角度,娱乐往往成为主流统治者对俗化的一种认定,而在人情所需的层面,娱乐亦为统治者所爱好,并且由于他们的特殊地位和影响,上层统治者还容易形成一种带动力量,以娱乐为本质存在方式的俗文化得以借此提升。两者的矛盾构成了传统文化批评的主流方面,两者的统一在文化的实际发展中沟通着雅俗文化空间的交流,从而带动着许多新文化质素的产生。

The judgment of popularism and the enhancement of popular culture are more often than not oriented to two opposite aspects but united in the perspective of amusement, which is often kind of affirmation of popularism by the upper rulers in terms of standard, but in terms of hu- manism pleases the fancy of the upper rulers, who in turn form a driving force because of their special status and influence to enhance popular culture in the essence of amusement. The contra- diction between the two consists of the mainstream of traditional cultural criticism, whereas the unity of the two bridges the intercourse between elegant culture and popular culture in practical development and thus gives rise to many new cultural qualities.
