以体积最小为目标建立了圆柱齿轮减速器的优化设计数学模型,通过采用MATLAB软件中的优化算法,实现圆柱齿轮减速器参数的优化设计,证明利用MATLAB优化工具箱求解优化问题,不用编写大量算法程序,提高了设计效率,算法可靠,非常实用。

Aimed at the least volume,the optimum model of cylindrical gear reducer is set up.Based on MATLAB,optimized design of the cylindrical gear reducer is realized.The optimum toolbox of MATLAB is very practical and its arithmetic is very reliable,for optimum issues can be solved without designing a great deal of arithmetic program so that design efficiency can be improved.
