1月14～15日，2010年全路建设工作会议”在广州隆重召开。 参加会议的有铁道部及相关职能部门领导．铁道部国外铁路项目协调组，铁道第三勘察设计院．中国铁道科学研究院，各铁路局主管建设工作的负责人，各铁路客运专线公司，各在建、拟建工程建设指挥部（筹备组）领导，工程质量安全监督总站及各监督站站长。

'2010 Railway Construction Meeting' was held in Guangzhou on January 14-15.Lu Chunfang,Vice-Minister of Railways Bureau,and about 230 leaders from the relevant departments of National Railway Administration, owners of under construction or proposed railway projects,survey design companies,safety supervision companies,construction companies and supervision companies attended the meeting.At the conferences,Lu Chunfang,addressed a speech entitled 'Deeply Promote Standardization Management to Win 'Eleventh FiveYear' Railway Construction Comprehensive Victory'.In his speech,he comprehensively analyzed current situation that railway construction facing,and clearly defined the overall idea of standardized.He also deployed important work of 2010 railway construction from 8 aspects of quality, safety,construction organization,technological innovation, accelerating the implementation of 'going out' strategy,etc.
