A Research on the Competitiveness of the Economic Hotels in Dalian Based on Diamond Model

随着社会经济的发展,大连经济型酒店得到了迅速的发展,但仍处于发展初期,经济型酒店在大连面临巨大的发展空间,亟待统筹规划。运用波特的"钻石模型"对大连经济型酒店的竞争力进行分析,以找出大连经济型酒店发展的关键所在,使其能够更好、更快的发展。

With the social and economic development, the economic hotels of Dalian have been rapidly developed, but are still in their infancy. Economic hotels in Dalian face a great space for development and need urgent overall planning. This thesis use Porter＇s ＂diamond model＂ to analyse the competitiveness of the economic hotels in Dalian in order to find the key to the development of economic hotels, which enhances a better and faster development of these hotels.
