汽车工业正朝着环保低碳、节省能源、安全性、舒适性和车身轻量化方向发展。汽车车身采用高强度钢比例越来越高;铝合金等新材料已应用于高端车身;中频点焊、激光焊接等焊接技术已较广泛地应用;为提高车身装焊精度而建立的尺寸控制工程,成为车身制造的重要环节;为实现车身装焊多车型柔性化和自动化生产,开发了车身总成成形、地面空中传输相结合的多种解决方案;工业机器人广泛用于车身装焊生产的多个工艺过程。
Automobile industry is presently developing along the line of environmental protection,low-carbon ,energy-saving,safety, comfort and light-weight of car body.The proportion of applying high-strength steels on body has become higher and higher.New materials such as aluminum alloy have been used on body of luxury ear.Latest welding technologies such as Middle Frequency Spot Welding and Laser Welding have been widely used.Dimension Control Engineering developed to improve the precision of welded assembly has become a very important aspect of car body manufaeturing.To achieve flexible and automatic assembling and welding production for multi-style cars,the solutions of assembly framing and combined conveyance of ground and overhead have been developed.Industrial robot has been widely used for various process of car body assembling and welding.
