摘要 随着汽车工业的发展,对车身材料的要求也越来越高,在节能环保的理念下,轻质铝合金材料得到了广泛的应用。在传统的单点连接的工艺背景下,铝合金材料的连接难度较大。具有电能消耗下降极大,不需要对工件进行焊前预处理,不会产生烟尘和飞溅,运行成本低,接头质量高,焊接环境良好等优点的摩擦点焊技术将为铝合金的连接带来更光明的未来。 With the development of the automobile industry,the demands on the materiel are becoming more critical.Under the concept of energy-saving and environmental protection, the aluminium alloys designed with lightweight has been more widely used. While the welding of aluminium alloys is more difficult with the traditional principle of punetiform joints,the friction spot welding has the following advantages:with a high energy efficiency,no pre-handle on the sheets,no smoke and spatter-free,low running cost with a high joints quality, and environmental friendly in addition.Friction spot welding will bring a bright future for the welding of aluminium alloys.
