摘要
为了推广激光熔焊在汽车车身制造中的应用和发展,提高车身的强度和各种整车试验性能,对汽车车身激光焊缝的接头设计型式和焊接接头质量评价标准进行了系统分析和深入探讨。通过大量高强钢板、镀锌钢板以及三层板的激光熔焊以及相应的力学分析、金相实验和接头等各种汽车性能试验,获得了接头设计型式和质量评价标准数据库;通过建立合理的设计数据和评价标准,可以确保焊缝质量的稳定性和产品设计使用要求,满足镀锌板、三层板以及超高强钢板的广泛应用和国家各种碰撞法规的要求,使车身的前撞、后撞、侧撞都能符合较高的设计要求。
In order to accelerate the application and development of laser welding in the car body-in-white in auto industry and improve the strength of BIW and different testing demands of car,it is the first time to study the laser welding joint designing types and set up the national quality assessment standards of the laser welding joints systematically and deeply.Through quite a few laser welding tests, mechanical test, microstructure test of ultra strength steel, galvanized sheet and 3-layer sheet,the database of the joint designing types and assessment standards are finished in order to make the quality of welded beam stable and meet with the requirement of product designing.For the welding of the 3-layer sheet and galvanized sheet, the application of the ultra strength sheet and national crash regulation, it is very important so that the designing demand can be, meeted for the front crash, rear crash and side crash.
