电阻点焊与TOX连接技术的对比试验 被引量:5

摘要 目前在国内板件常用的连接方法中应用最多的是点焊和铆接,而TOX连接工艺由于其环保、节能、设备投资小的特点,得到越来越广泛的应用。在此介绍了TOX连接工艺的原理、特点及应用范围,通过对汽车常用铝板和冷轧板的连接试验,确定了几种板材TOX连接工艺在达到最大强度时的工艺参数范围,同时通过相同板材的点焊试验结果对比,得出了TOX连接工艺单点及双点连接强度与点焊强度的关系,找出TOX连接工艺与传统点焊连接工艺的共同点及区别以及TOX连接工艺在设备、板材连接、检测方法上的优势。 Currently welding and riveting are the most common board connecting methods in domestic,TOX connection technology is used more and more widely because of its environmental protection,energy saving and small investment of equipment.This text introduced the principle and charaeteristic and applied range of TOX connection technology.Based on the test of cold-rolled sheet connection and aluminium alloy connection,determined technological parameter range when the connection strength reached the maximum strength.At the same time,through the comparison of the result of the same board spot-welding,found the Relationship of spot-welding strength and single or double spot TOX connection strength,found the common ground and difference of the traditional spot-wchting technology and TOX technology,and the advantage of equipment and board connecting and detecting methods of TOX connection technology.
