摘要
阐述了D530驾驶室焊装线工艺设计和应用过程中的产品装焊工艺性、焊接工艺设计、设备与夹具设计、产品质量提升及同步工程应用等。从产品工艺性优化、工艺设计优化、设备选型及夹具设计优化等方面提出了具体实施方案,解决了多品种驾驶室混流焊装线中遇到的各种技术问题,达到了预期效果。并在焊装线设计过程中导入同步工程、制定骨骼精度管理、NPES管理等措施,使D530驾驶室白车身的焊接质量提升到了较高的水平,效果良好。
This article focuses on the D530 cab welding production line process design and application of the process of Fabrication Process of the products ,welding technology, equipment and fixture design, product quality and simultaneous engineering applications to enhance the content.From the product process of optimization,optimization of process design,equipment selection and optimization of many aspects of fixture design put forward a concrete implementation plan to address the many varieties of Francis cab welding production line the various technical issues encountered to achieve the desired effect.And the welding line into concurrent engineering design process to develop precision management of bone,NPES management measures, D530 cab to the welding quality white body elevated to a high standard, achieved good results.
