摘要 电阻点焊是汽车制造业常用的焊接工艺,焊点的质量直接决定汽车车身的质量,且因其特殊性而无法实时监测。RAFTTM自适应技术的出现,在一定程度上弥补了这个缺陷。通过监测次级电阻来补偿能量,最终达到焊接的可靠性和稳定性,同时也对过程进行评估。由于能对电阻点焊的焊接过程进行必要的控制和评估,在质量控制方面比原来的方法有大幅的提高,该技术在汽车车身焊接应用方面有很大的优势。 Resistance spot welding is commonly and widely used in automobile manufacturing.The welding spot directly determine the quality of auto body,and this process is very special and difficult to monitor on real-time.RAFT^TM adaptive technologies is helpful for this flaw.By monitoring secondary resistance to compensate for the energy and monitor the prucess to make the welding spot more reliabilitily and stabilitily,and also to assess the process,it is RAFT^TM basic functions.Because this technology can control and evaluate the process of resistance spot welding necessarily for quality control than the original method has substantially increased, and it has great futures.
