载重卡车铝合金燃油箱焊接技术研究及产业化开发 被引量:2

摘要 铝合金燃油箱具有耐腐蚀、质量轻、产品生命周期内经济效益好、材料的再生利用率高等优点,符合目前国际上汽车生产朝绿色制造、减少有限资源消耗、节能、环保方向发展的趋势,但铝合金材料的可焊性较差,使该产品的产业化难度较大。介绍了载重卡车铝合金燃油箱的国内外发展情况,全面研究了载重卡车铝合金燃油箱成型和焊接技术,在焊接结构、焊接工艺、焊接夹具等方面进行了系统的研究,使批量生产的载重卡车铝合金燃油箱质量、成本和制造技术达到了国际先进水平。 Aluminum alloy as light weight metal is used for fuel tanks,which has many advantages such as good corrosion resistance ,good economic benefit in product lifetime and high utilization rate of recycle.The use of Aluminum alloy fuel tanks not only reduces consumption of limited resource but also benefits energy saving and environmental protection.The application of Aluminum alloy fuel tanks is green manufacturing, which matches the current international trends in Automobile production. However, aluminum alloy has poor wehtability,whieh limits its industrial-ization development.In this paper,the present development of Aluminum alloy fuel tank in load cawing truck was introduced.The forming and welding technology of aluminum alloy fuel tank in load cawing truck was systematically studied,especially on welted structure,welding process,and welding fixture.The results reveal that the quality,cost and manufacturing technology of aluminum alloy fuel tank reach international advanced level.
