摘要
针对不同车型的汽车减振器采用不同的焊接工艺,研制了一种多功能汽车减振器焊接机。以单枪环缝CO2气体保护焊为基础,介绍了该机的机械结构、主要参数和用途,以及电气控制系统的组成,工作原理和软硬件设计。该焊接机可以完成对汽车减振器弹簧盘环缝的满焊、分段焊和任意区段焊接,能对不同车型的汽车减振器弹簧盘的焊接进行程序的存储,焊接电压、电流和送丝速度等参数的设定,并且监控焊接过程中的焊接参数,避免了因更换不同产品时重新编制程序、设置焊接参数的繁琐工作,减少了焊接缺陷,提高了工作效率。
A muhi-function welding maehine for automobile absorber was developed based on adopting corresponding welding process for different automobile absorbers.Based on CO2 gas shielded arc welding girth with a single welding gun,the machine mechanical structure,the main parameter and usage,and electric control system,the configuration,working principle,software and hardware design were mainly introduced in tills paper.The welding machine can complete the full girth welding,welding and any sub-section of welding to the spring plate of automobile absorber.It could also conduct the programming storage of the welding of the absorber spring of different car models as well as the parameter settings of voltage,current and wire feed speed.h could monitor the welding parameter during the welding process to avoid the complex work,such as welding parameter of reprogrammingand setting.Thus,it reduced welding defect and improved work efficiency.
