下呼吸道表皮葡萄球菌感染42例的临床治疗 被引量:6

摘要 目的:了解表皮葡萄球菌下呼吸道感染的临床特征。方法:回顾性分析我院呼吸科1998年7月~2008年7月间42例表皮葡萄球菌下呼吸道感染住院病人的临床资料。结果:全部病人均有基础性疾病,有29例符合医院内感染。病人一般有慢性呼吸衰竭、机械通气、营养不良、滥用抗生素等危险因素,细菌清除较难。有35株耐苯唑西林,未出现对万古霉素耐药的菌株。结论:表皮葡萄球菌可以引起较为严重的下呼吸道感染,一般有致病危险因素存在,预后不良,值得重视。 Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics of lower respiratory tract infection caused by staphylococcus epidermidis.Methods:The clinical data were reviewed in 42 inpatients with lower respiratory tract infection by staphylococcus epidermidis between July.1998 and 2008.Results:All of the patients had had underlying diseases,but 29 cases were victims of nosocomial infections.The total patients underwent the risk factors of chronic respiratory failure,requirement of mechanical ventilation,malnutrition,abuse of antibiotics and difficulty to destroy staphylococcus epidermidis.Thirty-five strains of oxacillin-resistant staphylococcus epidermidis were identified,but no isolates resistant to vancomycin were found.Conclusion:Staphylococcus epidermidis colonized in the lower respiratory tract may result in more serious infections and is associated with certain risk factors.Attention should be attached because of its poor prognosis.
