青霉素联合万古霉素对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的体外抗菌活性 被引量:2

摘要 目的:评价青霉素与万古霉素对临床分离耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的体外联合抗菌效应。方法:应用纸片扩散法测定不同抗生素纸片在MH琼脂平板上对MRSA的抑菌圈;棋盘稀释实验进行肉汤稀释测定不同浓度组合的抗菌药物对14株临床分离的耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),并计算抑菌指数(FIC)测定联合效应。结果:青霉素和万古霉素联合应用后其MIC明显降低,FIC≤0.5占71%,0.5<FIC≤1的占22%,1<FIC≤2的占7%,FIC>2的为0。结论:万古霉素目前对临床分离的葡萄球菌有较高的体外抗菌活性,其与青霉素在体外对MR-SA有较好的联合抑菌效果。
