摘要
改革开放以来,中小企业在我国取得了长足的发展,不仅成为我国GDP增长的重要力量,也是我国解决劳动就业的主要渠道。然而,我国中小企业与员工之间的劳资现状却不是很理想。本文首先通过对中小企业可持续发展与员工利益之间的关系进行阐述,进一步分析我国中小企业员工利益的现状,并提出相关的完善建议。
The small and medium - sized enterprises in our country have achieved remarkable development since the reform and opening to the outside world. They have not only become an important force in Chinas GDP growth, but also a main channel to solve the employment of Chinese workers. However,labor- capital relationship between China's small and medium -sized enterprises and employees is not very satisfactory. This paper describes the relationship between the sustainable development of small and medium - sized enterprises and the interests of employees at first, then further analysis of the status of the interests of employees of small and medium - sized enterprises in China and puts forward the relevant suggestions of improvement.
