摘要
教育的专业化并不意味着学校和教师可以完全独立地承担育人工作。一个真正的专业化教师,应该不仅仅在学校教育教学中表现出色,而且能够致力于并善于联合一切可以促进学生发展的社会性因素、资源和力量为学生的发展服务,学校则应主动敞开大门,博采众长为育人而用。这既是教育社会性的体现,也是教育民主化的需要。本文论述了开发与利用家长课程资源对学校和教师的重要意义,提出了开发与利用家长课程资源的四种途径,呼吁通过推进学校课程管理制度建设来促进家长课程资源的开发与利用。
Education specialization doesn' t mean that schools and teachers can take the whole responsibility of educating students. In fact, a truly professionalized teacher should not only do well in school teaching, but also be good at uniting all social resources to serve for students'development, and schools should open their doors to utilize anything useful to educate students. This is not only because of educational soeiality, but also for educational democratization. This article elaborates on the meanings of exploring and utilizing parents'efforts as curriculum resource, put forward four ways on how to explore and utilize parents'efforts as curriculum resource, and calls for propelling the construction of school curriculum management system to explore and utilize parents'efforts as curriculum resource.
