某涂料生产车间苯暴露的蒙特卡罗方法评价 被引量:3

Assessment on benzene exposure level of certain paint workshop using Monte Carlo method

摘要 利用蒙特卡罗方法,依据双区域模型对某涂料生产车间内的苯暴露情况进行模拟预测,得到空气中苯浓度值的概率分布图,并将模拟结果与现场实测数据进行对比,以验证数学模拟方法的准确性。结果显示,由本文数学模型预测得到投料罐附近空气中苯浓度值为4.15~48.73mg/m3,均值为17.58mg/m3。现场实测浓度值为1.63~54.30mg/m3,均值为14.61mg/m3。本方法可以比较准确地预测工作环境中有害物质的暴露水平。
