Monitoring System:Improve Effectiveness Protection of Public Engineering Investment Project

近年来,我国政府非经营性公共投资项目越来越多,规模也越来越大,这对促进国民经济与改善人们生活条件等发挥了巨大的作用。但在该领域资源浪费现象较为严重,效益较为低下。本文以公共工程投资项目效益监督机制作为研究,针对目前公共工程投资项目效益监督机制存在的种种弊端,认真剖析其原因,最后对如何提高公共工程投资项目效益提出了几点建议,这对政府公共工程的效益发挥具有积极意义。

In recent years, non-operating public investment projects of our government became more and more, and the scales became bigger and bigger. This played a huge role in promotion of the national economy and improving people＂ s living conditions. However, waste of resources in this area is serious and the efficiency is relatively low. In this paper, the writer studied on the monitoring system in effectiveness of public engineering investment pro- ject, carefully analyzed the reasons of many abuses in the monitoring system in effectiveness of public engineering investment project. Finally, several proposals on how to improve the effectiveness of public engineering investment project was put forward. This has positive significance to the effectiveness of government public engineering investment project.
