Most of the cable television consum- ers in China are in the villages. So the transformation of broadcast television n villages becomes extremely ur- gent. It is important to conduct a characteristic and innovative CATV network in villages and towns. This arti- cle introduces the network transformation in Deqing, hoping to provide some references.
