农村广播电视公共服务体系是党和政府的重要宣传渠道,为确保实现长期通、稳定通,农村广播电视公共服务体系建设完成后,就必须着手建立和实施长效机制。在龙岩市农村广播电视公共服务体系建设实践的基础上,从组织机构和资金保障入手,阐述了长效机制的运营模式,为农村广播电视公共服务体系长效机制的建设提供了有效的借鉴。

Rural Broadcast Television public service system is an important propaganda channel for party and government. In order to ensure the long-term pass and stability, after completing the rural Broadcast Television public service system, we must proceed with the establishment and implementation of long-term mechanism.
