摘要
随着高校毕业生就业形势发生的巨大变化,社会对培养学生综合素质和提升就业素质方面有了更高的要求。本文分析了大学数学教育在培养学生综合素质和就业素质中的优势,对改革大学数学教学内容和教学方法、培养学生综合素质、提高学生就业竞争力等进行了探讨。
With the tremendous changes of graduated students＇ job hunting situation,college students＇ comprehensive quality and the competitiveness in job hunting should be enhanced.Based on the analysis of the advantages of college mathematics in students＇ comprehensive quality training and competitiveness in job hunting,the present essay explores the reform of college mathematics＇ teaching content and approaches,the development of students＇ comprehensive quality and the enhancement of students＇ job hunting competition.
