摘要
为了解决复合顶板端头锚固预应力锚杆支护中其技术参数确定问题,通过理论分析,给出了锚杆长度、间距、排距、预紧力四个关键支护技术参数的确定过程及相应计算公式,通过现场工业试验收到了满意效果。研究表明:直接顶范围内岩层分层之间发生离层必须同时满足载荷、跨度、挠度三个条件;锚杆组合作用下组合梁内的岩层组合属于关键分层之间的组合;锚杆技术参数确定应遵循变形协调一致的原则。该研究对回采巷道顶板锚杆支护设计具有一定的指导意义和参考价值。
In order to determine the parameters for pre-stressed bolting system on compound roof at mine roadway,based on theoretical analysis,this paper presents the procedure for determining pre-stressed bolt's length,spacing between bolts,distance between rows and pretension force,as well as their corresponding formulas.The site application provides the satisfactory results.The study shows that the seam separations in immediate roof must satisfy three conditions at the same time including load,span and deflection degree.Strata combination of composite beams is regarded as the combination of key strata under bolt combined effect.The determination on the technical parameters of pre-stressed bolt support must follow the principle of coordination uniform deformation.The study result is of significance in bolting design for the roof support in mine roadway.
