摘要
针对农村住宅建设量增加、能源消耗量迅速增长,农村住宅节能成为建筑节能整体工作重点这一问题,探求农村住宅的节能现状及存在问题,通过对锦州地区农村住宅现状及其节能情况的调研,获得了相应的统计及实测数据,并对统计数据进行了深入分析及总结。结果表明:锦州地区农村住宅在节能方面存在体型系数过大、外围护结构保温性能差、冬季采暖能耗大、室内热舒适性差等弊端。这为今后的节能分析和改造设计提供依据,并强调了新农村住宅节能设计和研究应因地制宜。
The increase of residential house construction in rural area has resulted in the rapid growth of energy consumption.The energy saving in rural residential housing is investigated in this study.In order to understand the current status of energy conservation in rural residential housing and identify their associated problems in Jinzhou area,a field investigation and testing is conducted,which generates large amount of data and statistics.The results show that the shape factor of rural residential house is too large,the external thermal insulation properties are poor,heating energy consumption is high in winter,and indoor thermal comfort is poor.The findings in this study provide a basis for energy saving analysis and housing design in the future.A new rural residential energy-saving design should be in accordance with local conditions.
