摘要
为了解决煤矿井下电网的谐波污染问题,保证井下设备的安全正常运行,对谐波污染源影响较大的进行了分析。利用仿真方法对煤矿井下广泛应用的软启动器进行了分析研究。结果表明:软启动器在轻载启动时产生的谐波电流较小,对交流电网的影响不大;在重载启动时产生的5、7次谐波电流含量很高,会给交流电网注入较大的谐波;多台软启动器同时启动、运行时谐波电流叠加,会造成网侧电流严重畸变。通过分析表明,软启动器是煤矿井下的主要谐波污染源,它的启动、运行会影响网侧敏感设备的正常运行。该成果为研究煤矿井下谐波抑制装置提供了理论基础。
In order to overcome the harmonic wave pollution on electricity network and safeguard the normal operation of mining equipment in underground coal mine,it is of importance to find out the sources of harmonic wave pollution.This paper presents a study on soft starter widely used in underground coal mines based on simulation method.The results show that 1) Soft starter generates small harmonic wave currents when it starts in light-load;2) Soft starter generates high harmonic wave currents for 5 and 7 times during heavy-load startup,and injects larger harmonic wave currents into the network;3) Superposition of harmonic wave currents and serious distortion of currents in network will occur when more soft starter operate at the same time.The study shows that the soft starter is a major harmonic wave pollution source in underground coal mine,and affects the normal operation of sensitive equipments as it starts and operates.The study provides a theoretical basis for further research on Harmonic suppression device used in underground coal mine.
