摘要
为了解决矿山企业普遍存在入井人员管理困难,一旦事故发生,由于调度、通讯手段的限制,难以确定井下人员分布情况和位置的问题,采用蓝牙、CAN总线和无线网络技术,提出了一种应用于矿井人员遇险定位、救灾通讯系统实现的系统模型,以计算机为核心,建立一套硬、软件相结合的完整的监控、救灾体系,由标识卡、识别器、传输接口、CAN总线中继器、逃生路牌和搜救仪及系统软件组成。结果表明,系统可有效对生产流程、遇险定位、救灾通讯和作业人员进行综合管理。
This paper proposes a new wireless communication system for personnel orientation in underground mines.The system design adopts the technologies of Bluetooth,CAN busing and networking to overcome the constraints in dispatching and communications.With a computer as a center,and the combination of various software and hardware,the proposed disaster monitoring and relief system is composed of tag cards,card reader,transmission interface,CAN busing repeater,escape signs,SAR devices and software operating platform.The case study demonstrates that this novel system can effectively manage the production process,distress orientation,relief communications and operation personnel.
