摘要
针对城市排污河道沉积物中的重金属污染问题,采用温室盆栽玉米对其进行了修复。结果表明,玉米累积重金属的数量相差较大,地下部分累积Zn1876.62(mg·kg-1),比地上部分少108.98(mg·kg-1),Cd地下部分累积量为2.78(mg·kg-1),占沉积物中总Cd的63.3%,Cd和Pb的累积量均为地下部分大于地上部分;玉米累积的重金属数量与离子交换态重金属量相关。玉米根际作用促进了有机物形态的转变,有效增加了对有机污染物的吸收。种植玉米对污染河道污染沉积物有较好的修复效果。
In order to alleviate heavy metal-organic pollution in sewage river sediment,a remediation experiment using maize cultivated in greenhouse-pot was conducted.Results show that maize has different accumulation capacity to various heavy metals.Zn accumulation in maize's root is 1876.62mg·kg-1,which is lower than that in shoot by 108.98 mg·kg-1.Cd accumulation in maize's root is 2.78mg·kg-1,accounting for 63.31% of total Cd in sewage river sediment.Root accumulations of Cd and Pb are higher than that in shoot.Heavy metals accumulated in plant have obvious relationship with ion exchangeable metal.Different organic configuration has been transformed due to maize rhizosphere.All these prove that maize had a positive effect on remediation to heavy metal-organic complex contamination.
