高职化工实训基地文化建设的思考

Thinking on culture construction of tertiary vocational education training base of chemical engineering

在加强高职化工实训基地硬件建设的同时，必须重视文化建设，高职化工实训基地的文化建设应体现“高”、“职”、“化”三大特征，应以校风、教风、学风建设为核心，以情境文化、行为文化、行业文化、精神文化为内涵，营造四位一体的和谐职业文化氛围，培养职业综合素质高、专业技能强、具有系统的专业应用知识和可持续发展能力的化工高技能人才。

Strengthening the hardware construction of higher vocational training base of the chemical engineering should pay more attention to its culture. The cultural construction should reflect three characteristics which are high, vocational and chemical and center on school spirit, teaching climate, style of study as its core to built a harmoniously cultural atmosphere based on the culture of scene, behavior, business and spirit as the connotation to cultivate chemical high-skill talents with high comprehensive quality, professional knowledge, professional skills and sustainable development ability.
