摘要
传统实验教学存在着很多不足之处,学生缺乏学习兴趣,动手能力、创新能力普遍达不到专业培养目标要求,实验教学质量差强人意。知识管理在企业中提高员工隐性知识、技能、创新能力方面取得了巨大成功,积累了不少案例、经验,因此运用知识管理的思想,尝试对传统的实验教学模式进行剖析与创新,以促进学生真正获得实践能力、创新能力,达到实验教学目标的要求。
Because of lack of team collaboration and learning interest, the hands on capability and innovation capability are not able to meet the requirement of specialty cultivation goal. The knowledge management wins giant success in the aspects of improving knowledge, technology and innovative ability, which have also aceumulated lots of experience, cases and so on. This article applies the knowledge management thought to the innovation and resolution in order to promote the capability of knowledge application and innovation, which can help the students reach the requirement of experimental teaching objectives.
