摘要
介绍了行政组织文化建设的内涵与功能，结合上海交通大学情况，探讨了大学实验室与设备处组织文化建设的目标、内容与途径。
The connotations and functions of administration organization culture construction are introduced. The culture construction goal, content and way of Division of Laboratory and Equipment in Shanghai Jiaotong University are discussed.
