高校重点实验室专项经费管理系统设计与实现

Design and realization of a management system for governmental special fund of state key laboratory in colleges and universities

重点实验室的专项经费管理是重点实验室管理工作的重要组成部分。信息化管理方式将使现代重点实验室专项经费的管理更方便、有效。在对高校重点实验室专项经费管理需求进行详细分析的基础上，进行了系统结构设计和模块设计。基于Visual Studio．NET2003和Microsoft SQL Server2000工具开发了重点实验室专项经费管理系统。应用实践表明，该系统已经具备了专项经费管理要求中的各项功能，大大提高了管理水平和工作效率。

The governmental special fund is one of the most important part in the state key laboratory management. The computerized method was used to facilitate the fund flow. With the analysis of the system requirement, a more specific system configuration design and a module design were fulfilled and a special fund management system was developed based on Visual Studio. NET 2003 and Microsoft SQL Server 2000. The application in practice indicated that the proposed system can provide with functions satisfying all requirements of the state instructions and greatly improved the administration level and work efficiency.
