高校信息类实验室建设与管理模式的改革与创新实践

Reform and innovation practice on construction and management mode of information technology laboratory

目前，我国高校的实验室管理存在一定问题，如多头领导、重复建设、利用率低等，背离了实验教学示范中心的建设目标。针对上述问题，结合信息类实验室建设与管理方面的实践，提出探索性建议。

At present, there are some problems in laboratories in China＇s colleges and universities, such as multiple leadership,redundant construction,low utilization ratio, etc. It is obvious that it has departed from the construction goal of experiment teaching demonstration center. In view of the above problems, combining the practice of the information technology laboratory construction and management in Chinese University of Geoscience （Wuhan）,this paper puts forward the exploring suggestions.
