染料中痕量多氯联苯的气相色谱-质谱联用分析

An Analysis on the Content of Trace Polychlorinated Biphenyls in Dye Products by GC-MS

本文介绍了染料产品中痕量的多氯联苯(PCBs)的定量测定方法。采用正己烷作提取剂,用DB-5MS毛细管色谱柱进行分离,气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行定性分析,外标法定量。由于采用了灵敏度较高的选择离子检测(SIM)方式定量,本方法对目标化合物的检测限可达到0.01mg/kg,回收率为80%～100%,相对标准偏差≤4.0%。

A quantitative determination method for trace polychlorobiphenyls（PCBs） in dye products was introduced. PCBs were extracted with n-hexane and separated by DB-5MS capillary column. They were qualified by GC-MS and quantified by external standard method. The lowest limit of detection was 0.01mg/kg for target compounds because it was quantified by the high sensitivity select ion monitor（SIM）. The average recoveries ranged from 80.0% to 100% and relative standard deviation was less than 4.0%.
