由南京构建区域金融中心争论所引发的思考

Thought Caused by the Issue of Constructing Nanjing to be a Regional Finance Center

近年来,随着金融对经济作用力的加强,金融中心在区域经济发展中的作用更加突出,全国已有26个中心城市先后提出构建区域性金融中心目标。但目前关于区域中心的标准、构建路径、风险管理等并没有统一模式或现成经验。通过对南京构建金融中心过程中的争论分析,从中找出一些带有共性的思想,以点带面,就全国构建区域金融中心的思路作了一些较深层次思考。

In recent years,with the strengthening of financial forces for economy,and in the regional economic development financial center being more prominent,all over the country there are 26 cities which have brought forward goals to construct regional financial center.But on the standards of regional center,the path of constructing and risk management there is no uniform model or ready-made experience.During the process of argument analysis of Nanjing being a financial center,the author finds some ideas with commonalities,and then makes some deeper level of thinking on the train of thought of constructing regional financial centers.
