摘要
民俗习惯的司法运用近年来在法学界掀起了讨论的热潮。从民俗习惯存在的理由入手,结合姜堰法院将民俗习惯引入司法在当地执行后取得的成效,揭示民俗习惯在我国今天的司法实践中重要的作用和意义。
In recent years,judicial use of folk custom in law practice in china has set off a wave of discussion.This paper begins with the reasons of folk custom practice in judicature,reveals that folk custom is becoming more and more important in judicial practice with the success of Jiangyan Court.
