摘要 根据阀控缸系统的工作原理,建立系统的动力学方程.运用MATLAB软件,对活塞回程和冲程过程中的活塞速度、位移、氮气室压力变化规律进行分析,并且建立了活塞和阀芯运动的数学模型.利用MATLAB软件进行了模型求解与显示,得到活塞和阀芯的运动规律以及流体参数的变化规律. According to the working principle of valve-controlled cylinder system, the dynamic equation of the system was established. By using MATLAB software, the piston's speed, displacement and the nitrogen chamber's pressure variation in the process of the return and impact travel were analyzed,and the mathematical models of the piston motion and the valve cone motion were established. The MATLAB software was applied to solve and display equations,then motion laws of the piston and the valve cone as well as the variation law of fluid paramerters were obtained.
